Safely back in Reims attentions were now on appearance. The ‘Runs black tie dinner is always special. With new Champagnes on offer and a menu befitting of the occasion the Chateau de La Marquetterie rose to the occasion. Laughter and the sound of clinking glasses were the sounds of the night. There was an expectant air, as prizes were awarded for the various categories, and they were collected by surprised recipients. On their transport back to Reims spirits were high with all vowing to return to the event for 2024.
