Crews arrived for dinner at the Chateau de Baron Philip Le Hardi. There could not be a more stunning venue in Burgundy at night. The winery is cutting edge and Jean-Phillipe gave the ‘runners some of his secrets as they toured the winery. Deep in the castle dungeons, a tasting of fabulous Burgundies was accompanied by caviar, foie gras and smoked salmon canapés.

In the castle’s keep, dinner had been laid out with a very generous selection of wines from prestigious parcels of land within the region. Sumptuous food made for wine pairing ensured that all left feeling like they belonged in Burgundy.
